I am kinda slow to update this page, but I’m trying to update as soon something happens. Last weekend my team headed to Sweden to play the first round of Nordic Club Championship, against the host Linköping and the Norwegian team Førde.
I will not post any detailed stuff about the matches here. Only some details about my own game. If you want to read a summary of the games, my coach Mikkel wrote a long detailed post about the entire weekend.
Playing Førde really got me psyched, and in my opinion I played a good game against them. The serve was by far the best part of my game. I actually believe this is my best serving game ever, with five aces, 19 tries and one error in four sets.
Attack was okey in both games, but I would like to increase my average kill percentage. Especially in transition. Block was really difficult, just because the outsides on both teams had a reach that exceeds mine. It’s probably the part of my game that needs the most work during the next months.
Tomorrow is a new day with a new match. This time we meet Aarhus at their home court. You can follow the game at www.volleyliga.dk.
