Day 3-20
20 days have gone since I had the injection in my knee. I celebrated christmas, and came back to check with the doctor what the results were. And he was very pleased! The tendon had improved drastically and looked close to completely healthy. The are still some irritation caused by the Osgood-Schlatters, but apart from that I should be able to start jumping 100% in a few days. Right now...

Day 2
After a good night of sleep the knee feels okey. I can almost move it as normal, but specially in a straight position it hurts if I keep it there for long. It’s almost gone back to the same way it was before the treatment. The swelling is gone, but I can now sense that there is something inside the kne that is not like it should be. The next days the first healing process should start, and...

A volleyball injury post
Three weeks ago I got an injury during practice that made me incapable of playing volleyball. First, after an x-ray, we thought it might be a fracture on my patella. But when we check out my knee with ultra sound we got to the conclusion that it might not be a fracture at all. I went to a specialist and he offered me a new treatment for jumpers knee. So new in fact that he had only done it on...

Two games in four days
Wow, a lot has happened this week. Time has really flown by, and I have had no time or energy to write anything here. We played a game on Saturday against our main Middelfart. They signed our first opposite from last year and a few new canadian outsides from Winnipeg. In my opinion they are weakened from last years team in every position, apart from the opposite position. Our training week before...

This weekend we played a match against last years number five, Aalborg. Their team had been weakened because we signed their two middle blockers Kristian and Hafsteinn aka. the Icelandic twins. The match got under way and they startet with a bang, and before we started playing they were leading 2-7. But we got back in and ended the 25-22 thanks to good serving by Brett Perrine and some good...

The season has started!
There has not been a lot of updates these past months. I have mainly been at home having fun with friends, climbing and enjoying Norway at it’s finest. On the 15th of August I moved back down to Odense to pursue my volleyball dream again. Not quite knowing if I was up for it this year. The team has started training more serious, with three morning practices and a weekly training diary...

Gigapixel →
My computer isn’t fast enough to handle making a gigapixel, but a 104 megapixel image is just in range. This picture was stitched together by 36 RAW images. Photoshop had to use 50 gb of storage space and worked on the brink of crashing for over an hour before the image was done. After completion the image was 1.9 gb. Take a look! If you’re interested, the picture is also for sale!

Oh yeah! On Sunday I went to the climbing gym again, and this time I managed the green problem from the last video. I also managed to finish my first purple problem, level5 out of 5, but that was not on camera.

A video from yesterdays bouldering problems. After some help from a french guy at the climbing gym I managed to nail the green one from the last video. I also managed in the very end to do a dino on another green that I haven’t had a chance of finishing earlier.

Finally a new climbing video! Not a good one though. I was alone in the climbing gym and decided to film a little bit while I climbed. The shots are far away, and the exposure was all wrong because of the huge window in the back. The video shows my current projects, one grey and one green that I haven’t completed yet. They are hard to do, and all my time at the climbing gym is spent trying...
